- Define and review health and safety objectives, supported by structured programs aimed at eliminating or reducing significant risks.
- Clearly assign and communicate roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities at all levels of the organization for effective OHSMS implementation.
- Provide adequate information, instruction, training, and supervision to ensure that all employees.

– Are competent to perform their duties safely and contribute to a proactive safety culture.
- Maintain effective communication, consultation, and participation with employees and other affected parties on occupational health and safety matters.
Top Management shall periodically review the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of this policy and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and continual improvement goals.
The successful implementation of this policy is fundamental to the sustainability and success of Candid Oil Services Limited and requires the active participation of all employees. This policy shall be communicated to all personnel and made available to relevant external interested parties upon request.
