- Set and review environmental objectives and targets, supported by structured environmental performance improvement programmes.
- Ensure that all employees, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties understand their environmental responsibilities and support the Company’s environmental objectives.
- Provide training and awareness programmes to promote environmentally responsible behaviour and encourage employee participation in environmental improvement initiatives.
- Reduce environmental impact by minimising unnecessary travel, utilising alternative communication methods, and selecting the most environmentally efficient transport options when travel is unavoidable.
- Continuously monitor, measure, and evaluate the environmental performance of its activities to drive continual improvement.
Top Management shall periodically review the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of this Environmental Policy and the Environmental Management System to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and regulatory obligations.
The effective implementation of this policy is fundamental to the success and sustainability of Candid Oil Services Limited and requires the commitment and participation of all employees. This policy shall be communicated to all personnel and made publicly available to interested external parties upon request.
